In this class, you will learn to make different varieties of fresh cream pastries.
We'll start with the vanilla sponge with egg and the chocolate sponge with egg. Then we'll move onto a few recipes: black forest, white forest, choco truffle, and any other fruit-based fresh cream pastries you can dream up!
After you've got your fillings made, we'll move on to filling and frosting your pastries with whipped cream. Then we'll talk about chocolate detailing and decoration.
