Refund Policy

Refunds and Cancellations:

Please read the refunds and cancellations document carefully to understand our approach on Upraiso platform.

Date: 1 September :
  • Any booking made by You on the Platform is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-saleable, unless otherwise mentioned in writing.
  • Cancellation of a booking is permitted only within 2 hours of booking a class. In such cases, refunds will reflect in your bank account within 7 days of cancellation. Cancellation will not be applicable if you have already received a paid material (E-book/PDF) of a class.
  • You can request a refund, only in the case where an expert is unavailable to take a class or if a batch is full and you can’t attend the class - by writing to us at support@upraiso.com Refunds will reflect in your bank account after 7 days of the requested date. Refunds will not be applicable if you have already received a paid material (E-book/PDF) of a class.
  • With regards to payments, the Platform shall not be responsible for any unauthorised transactions conducted on our Platform using your payment card or internet banking. The Platform shall not be obligated to refund any money to you in such instances.
  • Participants who purchase and refund multiple classes/courses over an extended period may be subject to suspension for abuse of the refund policy.
