Kulfi is a sweet dessert made with milk, sugar, and nuts. It's similar to ice cream in the way it's served and eaten, but unlike ice cream, kulfi has a dense consistency that is more like frozen fudge than creamy ice cream.

Kulfi can be made with different flavors and toppings. In this course, you will learn how to make delicious kulfi: 

• Pineapple rabdi kulfi (a rich, decadent version of kulfi with sweetened condensed milk, with the flavour of pineapple),
• Kaju katli kulfi (a delicious cashew-based version), 
• Milk cream kulfi (a lighter, more subtle take on the classic), and 
• Mawa malai kulfi (a dense, creamy confection made with evaporated milk).

You'll learn about the ingredients in each one, what makes them special and unique, and how to make them from scratch. 

You'll also get tips on how to choose the right ingredients for each recipe so you can enjoy these delicious desserts any time of year!
