Welcome to the Pizza Making Class! In this class, you will learn how to make a delicious Veggie Overloaded Pizza and Cheese Garlic Bread using homemade pizza dough.

First, we'll start with the pizza dough preparation. You'll learn how to mix the ingredients to make the perfect dough, and then we'll cover how to properly proof the dough to get it to the right consistency. You'll also learn tips and tricks for kneading and stretching the dough to make the perfect pizza crust.

Next, we'll move onto making the homemade pizza sauce. You'll learn how to make a delicious tomato-based sauce using fresh ingredients and how to adjust the seasoning to suit your taste buds. You'll also learn about different sauce variations to try out in the future.

Now that our pizza dough and sauce are ready, it's time to assemble our pizzas! You'll learn how to top your pizza with a variety of vegetables, including bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives, and more, to make a veggie-loaded masterpiece. We'll also cover how to properly layer the cheese to ensure that every bite is ooey-gooey and delicious.

As we wait for our pizzas to bake, we'll move onto making Cheese Garlic Bread with the pizza dough. You'll learn how to make a savory garlic butter mixture and how to apply it to the dough to create a crispy and cheesy bread that pairs perfectly with the pizza.

Finally, it's time to bake our creations and enjoy our freshly made pizzas and Cheese Garlic Bread together. Throughout the class, you'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and get feedback from the instructor.
