Yoga is an ancient practice that connects the mind, body, and spirit.
In this class, we will explore the basic principles of yoga and how to integrate them into our daily lives.
We will learn how to use our breath to connect with our body and still our mind. We will practice basic yoga postures (asanas) to strengthen and flexibility our bodies.
And we will explore meditation and relaxation techniques to calm our minds and reduce stress.
The following gives you the break-up of the session.
- Starting session with omkar chanting and prayer
- Gentle warm up
- Easy to follow asanas
- Breathing practices
- Ending session with final prayer and omkar chanting
This class is best suited for:
- Anyone who’s new to yoga and wants to learn the basics.
- Beginner yoga enthusiasts
- For anyone who’s looking to improve their alignment and focus in their yoga practice
